Jim: Mr. Trano? what's going on?
Beck: I'm agent Michele Beck with
the Department of Securities Fraud. Your boss, Mr. Trano, contacted
us a few weeks ago to report a possible breach of corporate trading
laws. We've been investigating you and Mr.Newcastle over at Johnson
& Richards. Mr.Newcastle has confessed to the whole think and
he has named you as one of his co-conspirators.
Jim: He did what!?
Mr.Trano: Now Jim, don't get excited.
I'm afraid the chips are heavily stacked against you on this one.
I suggest you co-operate with Agent Beck.
Beck: Do you have anything to say
for yourself, James.
Jim: I'm sorry. I'm so sorry. (to
himself) I can't believe he ratted me out.
Beck: James McNeal, you are under
arrest for securities fraud. You have the right to remain silent.
(Beck escorts Jim out of the office, and continues reading him
his rights).
Mr.Trano: I wish it didn't have
to be this way. What a waste.
